Qualified Practitioners

Our services are provided by qualified B.A.M.S. practitioners:

• Dr. Sachin Pawar - B.A.M.S., General Physician and Surgeon
• Dr. Mrs. Aarti Pawar - B.A.M.S., Gynecology and Pediatrics Specialist

Both doctors are registered with the Maharashtra Medical Council and authorized to practice Ayurvedic medicine.

Appointments and Consultations

Booking Appointments

• Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or in-person
• Online consultations require advance booking and payment
• Appointment confirmations will be sent via SMS or email
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
• Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or shortened consultation time

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance
• Same-day cancellations may incur charges
• No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full consultation fee
• Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Online Consultations

• E-consultation fee: ₹200 per session
• Payment must be completed before the consultation
• Stable internet connection and compatible device required
• Video call links will be provided after payment confirmation
• Online consultations are not suitable for emergency situations

Patient Responsibilities

Accurate Information

• Provide accurate and complete medical history
• Inform us of all current medications and treatments
• Report any allergies or adverse reactions
• Update us on changes in your health condition

Treatment Compliance

• Follow prescribed treatment plans and medication schedules
• Attend all scheduled follow-up appointments
• Adhere to dietary and lifestyle recommendations
• Report any side effects or concerns immediately

Clinic Conduct

• Maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other patients
• Follow clinic hygiene and safety protocols
• Keep personal belongings secure

Payment Terms

Consultation Fees

• In-person consultation fees vary based on treatment type
• Online consultation fee: ₹200 per session
• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, card payments, and digital payment methods

Treatment Costs

• Treatment costs will be discussed and agreed upon before starting
• Panchakarma and specialized treatments have separate pricing
• Medicine costs are additional to consultation fees
• Payment plans may be available for extended treatments

Refund Policy

• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
• Unused portions of treatment packages may be refundable
• Online consultation fees are non-refundable after the session
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment
